Terms of use

By using Edesia you accept this notice. You agree to use it in good faith and lawfully: you may not enter areas or see data you have no permission for, interfere with how it works, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may block access for anyone who breaks these terms. Restaurants that contract Edesia are also bound by their contract.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, its code and the Edesia brand belong to NODOTIC ASESORIA TECNOLOGICA Y GESTION DE PROYECTOS SL or to whoever has licensed them to it. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without written permission. Each restaurant’s menus, photos and texts belong to that restaurant.

Liability

Each restaurant is solely responsible for what it publishes on Edesia: its menu, its prices, its allergen information and its photos. If you have an allergy or an intolerance, always confirm it with the staff before you order.

Edesia is not a party to the purchase: what you order, you buy from the restaurant.

If you see unlawful content, write to us at privacy@edesiapp.com and we will act promptly.

We work to keep the service running without interruptions, but we cannot guarantee it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by interruptions, technical failures or unauthorised access by third parties that we could not have prevented by acting with due diligence.

Law and courts

This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts where you live. In all other cases, the courts of Barcelona have jurisdiction.
